SpeechCraft Studio ("we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use SpeechCraft Studio, a web application operated by Techra Labs (Private) Limited (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

a) Account Information

If you sign in via Google or Facebook, we collect:

• Email address
• User name
• Profile picture (if provided by the authentication service)
• Unique user ID provided by the platform

b) Generated Content

The speech or text you generate is processed in real-time by our AI systems and deleted from our servers within 30 minutes of generation. We do not store your generated content long-term.

Note: Content is temporarily stored only for the duration necessary to deliver it to you. After 30 minutes of each generation, the generated text is permanently deleted from our systems.

c) Payment Information

Payments are handled by our partner LemonSqueezy. We do not store credit card data. We receive:

• Email address
• User name
• Billing address
• Phone number (optional)
• Order ID and transaction details
• Subscription plan and payment status
• Custom metadata, including encrypted user identifiers, for audit and compliance purposes

d) Usage and Analytics Data

We use Vercel Analytics to collect non-personally identifiable usage data, including:

• Device type and operating system
• Browser type and version
• Page visits and navigation patterns
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level)
• Performance and load metrics
• Referral sources

This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not track individual user behavior across sessions.

e) Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies for:

• Session management (keeping you logged in)
• Tracking free user usage limits (to enforce fair use)
• Anonymous usage analytics via Vercel Analytics

• LemonSqueezy: For payment processing and subscription management
• Third-Party AI Providers: For speech generation (data is not stored by them)
• Vercel & AWS: For hosting, infrastructure, and analytics
• Email Service Providers: For transactional emails (if applicable)

We may also disclose information when legally required (e.g., court orders, regulatory requests) or to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm to others.

How to Delete Your Data:

1. Self-Service Deletion: Navigate to your account dashboard and locate the "Delete My Data" section in account settings. Confirm your request to permanently remove your account.
2. Email Request: If you have issues with self-service deletion, contact us at contact@speechcraftstudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

What Gets Deleted:

• Your account profile (email, name, profile picture)
• Generated content history (already auto-deleted after 30 minutes)
• Usage data and preferences
• Any saved templates or favorites

What We Must Retain:

Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax compliance
• Fraud prevention data: May be retained to prevent abuse
• Legal obligations: Data required for ongoing legal matters

Retained data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose. We aim to process all verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your home country, including the United States, European Union, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions recognizing equivalent data protection standards
• Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all third-party processors

Our Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
