1. Our Packages & Pricing

SpeechCraft Studio offers the following packages. All purchases are subject to these Terms and our Fair Use Policy (see Section 15 below).

2. Refunds & Cancellations

One-Time Purchases (2-Hour Pass, One-Day Pass, Timeless-20):

• All sales are final once access is granted
• No refunds after generating your first speech
• If you experience technical issues preventing access within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at contact@speechcraftstudio.com for support

Monthly Subscriptions (Pro Monthly):

• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No pro-rated refunds for partial months
• If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period
• If we terminate your account for Terms violation, you may receive a pro-rated refund at our discretion

3. Service Availability & Performance

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Generation speeds and quality may vary based on:

• Your package tier and current usage level (see Fair Use Policy)
• Overall platform demand
• Third-party AI service availability

We are not liable for delays, failures, or quality variations due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

4. AI Technology & Quality Tiers

SpeechCraft Studio utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models from leading AI providers to generate speech content. We offer multiple quality tiers:

Technology Updates: We continuously evaluate and may update the underlying AI technologies to improve quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Such updates do not require notice or constitute a material change to these Terms.

Third-Party Services: Our service relies on third-party AI providers. While we strive for consistent availability and quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or specific performance levels due to factors beyond our control.

5. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms. All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including underlying AI models and templates, remain with SpeechCraft Studio.

Generated Content: You own the speeches you generate. However, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute generated speeches as a commercial service
• Use generated content for training competing AI models
• Claim our AI-generated content was written entirely by you in contexts requiring original human authorship

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for:

• Illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes
• Generating hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Impersonating others or creating fraudulent content
• Automated scraping, bulk generation via bots, or API abuse
• Circumventing usage limits or access controls
• Reselling access or generated content as a commercial service

Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: All content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, inappropriate suggestions, or unsuitable content. You must review and verify all output before use.

In no event shall SpeechCraft Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to damages from embarrassment, professional harm, reputational damage, or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

TOTAL LIABILITY CAP: Our maximum liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying AI-generated speech content before using it
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Any consequences arising from your use of generated content
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Any public or professional use of AI-generated content

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms or our Fair Use Policy
• Engage in prohibited conduct under Section 6 (Acceptable Use)
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Use the Service in a manner that harms our systems or other users

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits or time are forfeited (except where legally required to provide refunds).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. However, we recognize that our users are located globally. Where your local consumer protection laws provide greater rights than these Terms, those laws shall apply to the extent required.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

1. Informal Resolution: Please contact us first at contact@speechcraftstudio.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, unless your local consumer protection laws require proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

International Users: We respect your local consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including the right to bring disputes in your local courts where required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification (if you have an account)
• Prominent notice on the website
• At least 30 days' advance notice before changes take effect

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription for a pro-rated refund (if within 30 days of notice).
